Hearit.AI Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Hearit.AI application, compatible devices, and related services.
Accepting these terms
By creating an account or signing in and continuing, you accept these Terms and confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy. Requesting an email verification code by itself does not create an account or constitute acceptance.
Accounts and sign-in methods
One Hearit.AI account may include email, Google, and Apple sign-in methods that present the same verified email address. Provider identifiers are used to recognize and secure those sign-in methods.
You must not use another person’s identity or provider account. A provider display name may initialize or replace a default email-derived name, and you can edit it in the application.
Using the service
You must provide accurate account information, keep access credentials secure, and use the service only where lawful.
Do not use Hearit.AI to infringe rights, evade security controls, distribute harmful material, or interfere with the service.
Recordings and consent
Recording is initiated by you through a supported Hearit.AI device or application control. You are responsible for notices and consent required for every person, place, and communication you record.
AI-generated results
Transcripts, translations, summaries, chat responses, and other AI results can be incomplete or incorrect. Review important results before relying on them. Hearit.AI is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or emergency professional services.
Availability and changes
Features may change as devices, mobile platforms, and upstream services evolve. We may restrict abusive use or temporarily suspend unavailable features to protect users and service integrity.
Account deletion
You may request account deletion at any time. A cancellation period may apply before execution. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or law.
